nice experience, the hotel is family with favourable location in the white mtn & presidential mtn range area. the family room overlooks mountain and includes coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. the atmosphere of the property is special.

If you seek comfort and cleanliness, this place has it all! Amazing location near the Saco River, the spacious, newly renovated rooms were a delight. The pool area was really good, and communication was seamless through the app. A definite highlight was the stellar management, especially during busy times. Looking forward to returning!

The hotel is lovely and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated having a clean supply of soft towels . The view of the nearby mountains added a special touch to our visit.

Great place! Our Superior Family Room had comfy beds and a nice kitchen with a microwave and fridge. Loved the outdoor pool that was well-maintained, and the direct access to the Saco River was a highlight for swimming and tubing. Plenty of soft towels, too! The staff shared great local dining spots.

The serenity by the river
The kids spent hours playing by the river.
The fire pit area was neglected and not inviting, disappointing as we were looking forward to evening bonfires.
